Obituary for Linda Kay Felske (Woodson)
Linda Kay Felske age 48 of Harrison passed away suddenly at MyMichigan Medical Center-Midland. Linda was born May 16, 1973 the daughter of Jim Sylvester and Dorothy Ann Gaylord. Linda had resided in Harrison since 1978, moving from Westland, Michigan.
Over the years, Linda was employed with many restaurants throughout the Harrison area as a food server. In her free time, Linda enjoyed hunting, trail riding, mud bogging, kayaking, mushroom hunting, pit crewing for her daughter Chelsea’s figure 8 demolition derby’s, Sunday fun days with family and friends, sitting around bon fires telling stories and sharing in laughter and memories. She was an avid movie buff and fan of Friends television series. Many will remember Linda’s love for Michael Jackson and his music.
Surviving Ms. Felske are her two daughters; Chelsea Davis and fiancé, John W. Sullivan II of Lake George and Daisy Davis of Harrison, Linda’s fiancé, Brandon Shedron of Harrison, step-daughter, Chloe Shedron, one grandchild arriving soon, two sisters; Lorrie Roland and husband Chris of Harrison and Lanet Sunman of Grass Lake, Michigan, one brother, James Sylvester Jr. of Harrison, father, James “Jim” Sylvester Sr. and wife Cathy of Harrison, brother in law, Scott Walker of Pinckney, Michigan, plus many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends. Linda was preceded in death by her mother, one sister, Lisa Walker and one brother-in-law, Ron Sunman.
Life Celebration services for Linda will be held Sunday, March 27th, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. from Harrison Moose Lodge and Family Center, 5185 North Clare Avenue, Harrison.
